Crunchy mom on a mission!


I'm a stay at home mom who has acquired a passion for healthy living. I married the love of my life and together we have four children! They are my reason for wanting to make healthy changes to our life styles. To me healthy living isn't only about eating right and exercising, it's about being healthy as a whole. From the products we use around the house to what we put in our mouths and how we handle illnesses, we strive to be as healthy as possible. I enjoy reading health and nutrition related books and I'm an aspiring holistic nutritionist.

I started the blog because this year I decided to make a commitment to my personal health. I've struggled with weight for a long time and it's time I take control over it. I started this year off right, I ran the commitment day 5K on New Year's Day! Yes I partied New Year's Eve, no I didn't want to get up the next day but I did, I got up and ran! Since then I've been working out 4-6 (mostly 6) days a week. I started an instagram account and FB page for my journey which have kept me motivated so then I thought why not create a blog to continue to inspire and get inspired by others!
